I had a fantastic Thanksgiving break at this hotel! the location was perfect - right in the center of a lively plaza with plenty of nightlife and restaurants nearby. Plus, it was just a short walk from the bus station, which made getting around a breeze. the rooms were sparkling clean and I especially appreciated the hardworking cleaning lady who did a great job. Another bonus was the convenience of having an OXXO within walking distance, making it easy to grab snacks and drinks whenever I wanted.

The hotel location was central, it was easy to move around the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, the maids did a great job. There were many restaurants nearby, and the shopping area was amazing.

The front door of the hotel is closed at night and we didn't feel safe. The parking garage was hard to access, we needed to knock on the door and wait for someone to open it.

We had an excellent stay in this plaza hotel. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were extremely helpful throughout our trip. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was in close proximity to the bus station, restaurants, and cocktail bars.

The location of San Carlos was great, close to the bus station and restaurants. The cleaning lady did a fantastic job. However, it would be nice if the rooms had locks from the inside. I would recommend this hotel.

Located just a stone's throw away from the bus station, makes getting around the city a breeze. The rooms are impeccably clean, particularly the bathrooms. Staff service is impeccable, especially the helpful and friendly cleaning crew. Plus, the breakfast spread is filling and tasty.

The sound of the nearby bar can be bothersome to some guests.
